INFOMED - B. L. Bassiakos Ltd. was founded in April 1989 by people with knowledge and experience in the areas of Medical Informatics and where it operates. It came from the expansion of 'Vas Basiakos & CO, a company founded in 1983, mainly to provide services for repairing medical equipment. The target set is to provide integrated solutions for vertical service to its customers, while emphasis on gradual and well thought out development. To achieve this the INFOMED - L. B. Bassiakos EIA study and analyze the needs of each customer and adjust the technology building houses in the Greek data. Training in the operation and handling machinery and medical practice application. It provides high quality support services, consumables and spare parts and technical support by responsible technicians trained by experts of the construction firms. All manufacturing firms (micromed, mecta, etc) represented labeled ISO certification and all medical products offered have CE mark. And the company itself has certified its services to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 and Ministry Ap 1348/04. Recently accredited with the new ISO 9001:2008 and 13485. The INFOMED - L. B. Bassiakos EIA covers different areas of medicine with emphasis in Neurophysiology. Since 1990 working with MICROMED Italy and since 1999 has received authorization from the manufacturer to use distinctive title Micromed Hellas. It also has facilities for Cardiology, the Gynecology, the Gnathocheirourgiki and Medical Applications computers. At present, our customers are Universities, University Clinics, Public Hospitals, Private Clinics, Medical Centers and private practitioners. The INFOMED - L. B. Bassiakos Ltd directly supports and serves customers throughout Greece with selected technical partners in major cities of Greece.
